Meet Sarah Richards

I'm Sarah Richards, a degree-qualified Naturopath based in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. From my clinic in Gisborne, I support people experiencing a wide range of health concerns using evidence-informed nutrition, herbal medicine, and practical diet and lifestyle advice.

While women's health and hormonal wellbeing are areas of particular interest, I recognise that health concerns rarely occur in isolation. Digestive health often forms the foundation of overall wellbeing and is frequently explored during consultations. In today's fast-paced world, chronic stress, poor sleep, and nervous system dysregulation can also have a significant impact on health, influencing energy, mood, digestion, immunity, and hormone balance.

My approach combines traditional naturopathic principles with modern tools such as iridology, pathology interpretation, and functional testing where appropriate, helping to build a clearer picture of your health. I take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, stressors, and goals so that any recommendations are tailored to your individual needs.
