My Story
I’m a degree-qualified Naturopath based in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, with a loving and supportive husband and two teenage boys.
My journey into natural health began during my earlier career in the television industry, after being diagnosed with fibroids in my twenties. That experience sparked a deep curiosity in natural medicine and alternative approaches to healing.
Like many naturopaths, I come from the place of the wounded healer. My health journey hasn’t always been smooth, and at times I felt overlooked by the medical system. I now value a balanced approach, blending the best of conventional medicine with the wisdom of natural therapies. I’m a believer in collaborative care and working alongside GPs to provide support from every angle.
Now, in my perimenopausal years, I’m experiencing firsthand how those small health issues that once smoldered quietly like embers can suddenly ignite when hormones shift. It’s a powerful reminder of the importance of staying proactive, especially during midlife transitions.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me in the garden (when I can), at Pilates, sharing a meal and a laugh with friends, and enjoying the occasional glass of wine, because…. I like it.
If my story resonates with you, I’d love to hear yours. Book a consultation below or feel free to get in touch with any questions.
