Sarah Richards Naturopath

Natural solutions, tailored to your body and life

I’m Sarah Richards, a degree-qualified Naturopath and mother of two living in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. I work closely with women navigating the often-confusing world of hormonal health, including symptoms related to PMS, PCOS, fibroids, and perimenopause.

My approach combines traditional naturopathic principles with tools such as iridology, functional testing, and pathology to help build a clearer picture of your health. I take the time to understand you, your lifestyle, stressors, and goals.

Together, we create a supportive plan with diet and lifestyle guidance, and when appropriate, herbal medicine and nutritional therapeutics. My aim is to work alongside you in your journey toward balance, helping you feel supported, seen, and strong.
